Exchanges (Eligible Items Only)
We offer exchanges only on eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Items must be free of dirt, stains, debris, pet hair, smoke, fragrance, or any odor (pleasant or unpleasant)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7-14 days of delivery
Once your exchange request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Allergy, Fragrance & Odor Policy
Due to chemical and fragrance allergies, we cannot accept exchanges for items that show any signs of odor, including but not limited to perfume, essential oils, detergents, smoke, or environmental scents.
Any item returned with odor or signs of use will be deemed ineligible for exchange and returned to the customer at their expense.
Service Dog & Pet Hair Disclosure
Items are created and packaged in a home that includes a service dog.
While all garments are thoroughly lint-rolled prior to shipping, we cannot guarantee a completely pet-hair-free environment.
For health and allergy safety reasons:

Items returned with pet hair will not be eligible for exchange

Declined returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense

Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival.

By placing an order for a made-to-order item, the purchaser agrees to the following:

The purchaser is fully responsible for providing accurate measurements as requested in the product listing or follow-up communication.

We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate measurements provided by the purchaser.

Variations in fit are not considered defects and do not qualify the item for a refund or exchange.
Alterations After Delivery
If alterations are requested after delivery, the following conditions apply:

Alterations may be accommodated at our discretion

The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs both to and from us

Any alteration fees will be communicated and approved before work begins

The original item must be returned unworn, unused, and free of dirt, odor, fragrance, pet hair, or signs of use
We recommend reviewing measurements carefully prior to ordering, as made-to-order garments cannot be remade or refunded due to sizing preferences or fit expectations.

By purchasing a made-to-order item, you acknowledge that:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tappedincolor@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue so we can assist.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the issue being ineligible for resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Chargebacks submitted for issues covered by this policy (including refunds, exchanges, odors, pet hair, wear, or fit) will be disputed with proof of purchase, tracking confirmation, and this policy as accepted at checkout.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being permanently restricted from future purchases.
