Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.

  • Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Made-to-order items require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather or carrier delays.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after your order has been shipped. If your package appears delayed, please refer to the tracking information before reaching out.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at tappedincolor@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
